At Clayco, we want you to love your skincare journey, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure that products are in their original packaging and have at least 50% of their contents remaining to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the products in their original box or any sturdy mailing container to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
